Founder & Owner
Kimberly Marsh, M.Ed., BCBA

Kimberly attended Auburn University where she earned a Master’s degree in special education. After relocating to the Orlando area, she pursued a teaching career. During her teaching career, Kimberly developed an interest in the field of behavior analysis. She attended Florida Institute of Technology to complete coursework to become a BCBA. Kimberly has worked in the field of behavior analysis for 18 years. Her experience includes and is not limited to school consultation, severe maladaptive behaviors, in-home therapy, and caregiver training. Kimberly founded Summit Therapies to provide quality ABA services to families and organizations, and educate others to continue to provide effective behavior analysis services.

Founder & Owner
Heather Pavich, M.Ed., BCBA

Heather is a Florida native who began her career in behavior services in 2004, working as a Respite and Behavior Technician in the Central Florida area. She obtained her Master’s degree in Exceptional Student Education from the University of Central Florida. She went on to pursue her education at Florida Institute of Technology to complete her coursework to sit for the board exam to become a behavior analyst. Before starting her career as a behavior analyst, Heather spent 10 years working for Seminole County Public Schools in both elementary and middle school positions. Her experience includes: in-home therapy, functional communication, daily living skills and defending client’s needs and services in school based settings.

We pride ourselves in being a small, women owned business that focuses on quality ABA support for our families. We work closely with our families, the therapists within our company and all other providers that support each client to provide the most comprehensive wrap around services for our families. We aim to support our families wherever they are at in their journey and work with them to meet new goals.
